Tyler Moody better known by his stage name "Ty Kasino," was born in Columbus, OH. Ty was groomed from a rough upbringing, especially with an absent father figure in his life. Ty turned to the streets in no time, after having to become the man of the house at an early age. after going back and forth to jail, Ty turned to making music as an outlet as early as his teenager years. The adults in Ty Kasino expressed music as his escape from the things he would face alone in real life. His inspiration to do music came from his brother, who also was imprisoned as well. It also came from looking up to artist like "The Notorious Biggie Smalls" and "Kevin Gates."

After graduating from high school, he moved to Dayton, where he would continue doing music. after many interview on radio, and improving his passion to become a recording artist. TY soon moved back to Columbus. 2020, was a break through year his career as a Midwest regional recording artist. Ty Kasino went viral with his "Don't Panic" campaign. Ty later went on to performing his songs in clubs in the northern cities and surrounding areas of Ohio.

Kasino's songs started circulating among clubs and concerts in the Midwest regions between Ohio, Michigan, Indiana and Pennsylvania on a minimum level. Released single "Father Figure" describes his outlook on fatherhood and perspective on the relationship held. In 2021, Ty Kasino invested in distribution, and in no time Ty Kasino catalog was available all platforms digitally. The first music video from his catalog was "Change Routes." In the beginning on 2022, TY made his first radio station appearance, in his hometown, Columbus, OH, at iHearts 106.7 station for Hip-hop & RnB. With in this first interview, Ty announced the release of "How You Feel" the EP. The leading single "How You Feel" played on the radio for 12 weeks straight!
